However, as Nero is still a new recruit, he is only a four-power user, instead of a six-power user. The rokushiki that Nero has mastered are soru, geppou, kami-e, and rankyaku. He is still unable to use tekkai and shigan. However, he compensates for his lack of shigan by carrying guns with him and compensates for his lack of tekkai by being very careful to avoid taking blows. Having undergone the customary training of CP9 agents, he is a calm and collected individual, seen with the casual way he spoke with Franky when they fought. Nonetheless, he is not above displaying his emotions, such as anger at being tricked, fear in the face of inevitable pain, or exasperation in the face of Franky's antics.
