Hinae Arimura is a 2nd-year high school student and president of the literature club. Hinae appears to be a trendy, stylish, and energetic girl who likes to tease around with people and read books most of the time. However, in contrast to her cheery personality, Hinae is quite perceptive of the affairs in her surroundings and of people's hidden feelings. She can wear a much more serious appeal at times, and sometimes gets fed up with pretending to be interested in artificial and boring talks between her girlfriends, hating the facade people tend to put up in front of her.

In the 'Dark Sky' route (Hinae's route), it is revealed that her parent's marriage was nothing more than a facade, where they would constantly cheat on each other with their romantic partners on the side. When Arimura found out about the truth, her image of her family started to shatter little by little. The biggest shock to her was that her older brother knew all along about their parents. Because of this, her desire for the truth was born
