An outgoing high school student friends with Tsutsui and Iroha. She has a hard time judging other people and is gullible, often being misled by boys. Arisa is a bit nosy and is a bad judge of character, but she is still friendly enough to become friends with Hikari Tsutsui and Iroha Igarashi, despite their reputations.
