Kagami is Kisaki's best friend. She is also in Kisaki's class at school. She gives Kisaki a plush toy (that turns out to be Ebeko) that she got as a prize, in order to cheer Kisaki on in her love life. She is one of the girls Ebeko pulls into her tornado.
