Counselor Ryoko Yakushiji is a career minded bureaucrat who graduated from Tokyo University. She's an intelligent and skilled Superintendent. She can speak in several languages including French. Her father is the head of the multinational security company JACES, and her being the next in line to head it. Due to this, no one goes against her, because it might cause their retirement. She is also the supervisor of Junichirou Izumida who she is also infatuated with. She is a good fighter, being able to use firearms and fight with bare hands. Ryouko won't hesitate to use JACES assets if necessary to help her in her work. Yakushiji Ryouko seems to bare a grudge against the bureacrats who are involved with the "amakudari" practice. Both Yakushiji Ryouko and her loyal surbordinate, Izumida Junichirou fights against the bureaucrats almost on a daily basis as that they keep on running into them due to the fact that these bureaucrats tend to have bad attitudes and are usually involved in money laundry and also wasteful spending projects.
