Deathtopia Virtuoso Suicide-Master デストピア・ヴィルトゥオーゾ・スーサイドマスター
Deathtopia is a purebred vampire, possibly being the longest living one known to man. She is very arrogant and prideful, urging others to use the name that she created for herself. She is known for the long, bizarre names she creates. Her many deaths and lack of eating have caused her to shrink, much like Shinobu.
As a vampire, Deathtopia has created many minions, including Tropicalesque, and more notably, KissShot. She has had many minions in her life, but almost all of them have rebelled, besides Tropicalesque. Deathtopia, however, likes the minions that rebelled over how loyal Tropicalesque was. Deathtopia was also the one who had saved Princess Acerola from her curse of beauty.
Shinomonogatari Vol. 1:
Spoiler
Deathtopia had originally manifested through the hatred for a tyrant that was known as the "Corpse King," who resided in the Corpse Castle. The king had caused many deaths in the long-forgotten kingdom, eventually being overthrown, and the subjects moving to another castle. Deathtopia, after manifesting, resided in the Corpse Castle as her new home.Spoiler
After KissShot had left to her own endeavours, Deathtopia had at some point consumed the remnants of Tropicalesque. After Deathtopia saved Acerola from her curse and turned her into a vampire, Acerola's curse went dormant within her. In the modern-day, Deathtopia is near-death from a virus that only infects and kills vampires. She looks like a withered tree and is near-death when Koyomi and Shinobu arrive at Corpse Castle and see her. It's discovered that the vampire virus formed from Deathtopia's late thrall and servant, Tropicalesque, after his will merged with Acerola's dormant curse. However, it was still dormant for centuries, until Deathtopia met Shinobu again in Shinobumonogatari. It was then that Tropicalesque's primal hatred and jealousy flared up and began a desire to return Shinobu to a human. It ended up backfiring, leading to the deaths of vampires, along with the virus being unable to reach her and ultimately infecting his own master. To stop it from causing more harm and killing Deathtopia, Shinobu must suck it out of Deathtopia. This, in turn, turns her into a human, despite being purebred. Sometime after the fact, Deathtopia dies from the virus affecting humans, Covid. Shinobu says she had at least enjoyed the years as a human and didn't die from suicide, which is what she typically did die from. Same Voice Actors
