Sigil Tempest Keiichi Katsura is a martial artist. Keiichi was disqualified in a tournament after he accidentally killed the opponent in the semi-finals, Wang convinced him afterwards that the only way to overcome the devastation of accidentally killing someone was to kill even more people. He became one of the top members of the Eighth after joining.
