A police officer who is appointed leader of F Squad during their investigation of the terrorist group CCC. Despite his dark under-eye circles, he is not a devil. He just stays up late reading manga and light novels.

His real position is within Public Safety General Affairs, the 6th Public Safety Investigation Division, Section 11. He infiltrated the CCC in order to obtain enemy intel.
