Kaato Higashikata is Norisuke Higashikata IV's ex-wife and the mother of Jobin, Hato, Joshu, and Daiya Higashikata. After being condemned to 15 years in jail for the murder of a child, Kaato is released and determined to be duly compensated for her time spent in prison.
