The older brother of Yuri who was named for his blue eyes. He wears sunglasses often to hide the fact that he is "foreign". His father was American. He came to live with his mother when he was five years old. He likes to drink alcohol often and gets drunk almost every night. When he drinks, he is nice to women, including Yuri and is a kind big brother to her. But when he is sober again, he forgets all of that and goes back to his normal conceited self! He is a University student who dislikes most women.
