She places heavy importance on her social standing, and puts lots of effort into maintaining popularity and a clean image around her classmates. However, most of this behavior is an act, as in private with Hinako she reveals her true self, putting Hinako through varying degrees of suffering for her own amusement, being an perverted, sadistic and manipulative person,

Later on, she sinks into a deep depression and becomes highly dependent on Hinako. She then ends up running away with Hinako and trying to commit suicide with her.
