Toa Mudo, also known as The Beast of Destruction, is an A-list Purgatory gladiator that fights in the Kengan Association VS Purgatory Tournament. Toa is a very tall, broad and extremely muscular dark-skinned man. He has light colored hair styled into an upright little ponytail and mild beard and moustache. Similarly to Muteba Gizenga, his whole body is covered in tribal tattoos. Toa is a serious man who firmly believes in his own strength and ideals. He looks down on people he doesn't deem worthy opponents. Toa is an incredibly strong fighter, who is strong enough to become an openweight champion in an underground martial arts promotion and able to fight on par with someone of Julius Reinhold's caliber. He was able to move him around the ring with a couple of blows and prove to be evenly matched with one of Julius's punches. Unlike Julius, Toa inherited his strength via his ancestor Jonah Mudo.
