Chie Hoshinomiya is the homeroom teacher of class 1-B. She has a cheerful, flirty personality and is referred to as "never having grown from her high school days" by Ayanokoji. She shows glimpses of a more serious side of hers upon matters relating to reaching Class-A. She was a classmate of her colleague Sae Chabashira during their time in the Advanced Nurturing High School.
