Gender Female Occupation Witch Fran's Master, real name unknown, is a mysterious character introduced in the Wandering Witch series. Nobody knows her true identity so far. Fran's appearance is heavily similar to Elaina. She wears a witch hat with a pink ribbon tied around it, a black jacket with pink collars and interior over a red vest.
