A back alley doctor doing illegal organ transplants. He is wanted by the police for an incident that happened 3 years prior to the story that involved the hospital he worked in burning down and the murder of his uncle.
SpoilerIt is later revealed that Takuma didn't actually kill his uncle, but that he killed himself.
