He is the Captain of the Kosameda Bushi. At first one might think that he is a calm and gentle person but once he gets irritated his true self comes out, he is a cruel and manipulative person. He has a superiority complex and hates when someone steps out of line and questions him. He tears down all of his followers so to the point where they can't think for themselves. He is also very adamant about people leaving his castle. He lost his domineering drive and secluded himself once he lost to Tsugumi.
