Shinta's girlfriend dumps him for someone she fell in love with at first sight, and he's sick of the idea. So naturally the next thing he does is fall in love at first sight himself, with Yamabe, a customer at the convenience store he works at. It's an odd match, but Shinta's got luck on his side, and it doesn't hurt that Yamabe's dog, Cerberus, has taken a liking to him.
