Known as a "legendary teacher" of the school. Kowako used to be the school's art teacher before being thrown out due to the faculty disagreeing with her. If she was fired though, she declared she would kidnap all the students. At present, she no longer works at the academy.

Kowako did, in fact, "kidnap" all the students and had them paint the magnificent mind-boggling painting in the auditorium. She was also responsible for the paintings in the attic, which were painted from the perspective of God. When the Pretty Boy Detective Club solves the mystery of the auditorium painting, Kowako heard about it and decides to meet them and hear what they have to say about it all and is thoroughly impressed. In the end, they request for her to formally pass the clubroom on to the Pretty Boy Detective Club. Satisfied, she agrees to hand it off to them.
