The Royal Family calls him a 'war-crazed maniac' and royal servants believe him to be cursed. He rarely makes appearances at parties and social gatherings as he is usually away on battlefields. Payne also works with foreign ambassadors as he knows multiple languages and knows the affairs of other countries.
