He graduated Mulansa Academy, the kingdom's most prestigious learning institute, within two years and is recognized as one of the kingdom's smartest. He takes orders directly from the king. Arth is an avid reader and always carries a book with him. In 'Lovers in Atlanta' he is the key character in Rebecca's downfall and one of the four love interests. His mother was a commoner that was plagued with an inferiority complex and his father was an alcoholic. His half-commoner blood led him to be scorned by other aristocrats.
