He occupies room 201 of the apartment that Yūta Takemoto, Takumi Mayama and Shinobu Morita currently live in where his floormates are Takemoto and Morita.

After he graduates, he takes over his family's noodle making business and open a restaurant next door to the factory, as well as using his art skills to make pottery to sell at the restaurant. Hasegawa becomes very successful that his restaurant is very popular for tourists and it is also mentioned in some guidebooks.
