Kurosawa's friend. He was the first person to socialize with him in school. He is an otaku.

He later becomes Takigawa's boyfriend, which makes Kurosawa avoid him. After Kurosawa's confession and during the intense bullying he was enduring due to his confession, Keiji was the first classmate to start talking to him and help him through those tough times.
