Sadakuni Ikki was an international terrorist. He earned a Kakerou membership by defeating five members, two of whom had their lives taken as compensation. His exclusive Referee was Mekama Kirou. The reason for all these gambles was to make enough money to pay for a rocket launcher and more artillery to start a revolution by destroying Tokyo's stock exchange district.

Prior to the Hangman Game, Sadakuni was seen at Kurama Ranko's casino. He got inside because he was a regular customer's acquaintance and before Ranko had even acknowledged his presence, he had already won ¥50million. Before Ranko could observe a little bit in order to make a counterattack, Sadakuni and his cohorts left the casino. Sadakuni explained that this was not an act of desperation as if they had accepted Ranko's invitation they could have been killed.

Thanks to the man owners, Usogui ended up with ¥2.5billion but Sadakuni could still match the ante. The man owners also suggested that the loser would be hanged. Sadakuni's Referee refused at first but they continued because Sadakuni "doesn't care".

Old Maid was decided as the game that the two would play, with the loser of each round having scaffold pieces built in order to hang them. Sadakuni won the first three rounds and Usogui won the last three, but because Sadakuni drew jokers with bigger numbers, he lost.

After Kakerou's Leader settled everything that came after Usogui's win, from the ranking battle to his quick bet with Usogui, Sadakuni and Mekama were hung and killed on the scaffold.
