Two grades younger than Izumi and Shikimori. Enrolled as a first year during their third year. Shikimori is on the Public Morals committee in her third year. She instructs Risa to take off her hoodie and follow school regulations but she's not willing to listen. Despite her rebellious attitude, it turns out Risa knew Shikimori during middle school, although Shikimori herself doesn't remember.
