Sakaki moves to Tsujido from Asahikawa Nanryo in Hokkaidō and calls himself "The General of the North", "The Demon King of the North Sea". He seems insensitive to pain, being able to take numerous blows without seeming to have any effect: his father was in fact a famous boxer, and it seems that his son has inherited the ability to absorb damage from blows. In appearance he seems to defeat Onizuka and Tsukai, and so Katsuyuki with Tamura try to take revenge against Ashura. When they're confronting him, a huge gang of Asahikawa Nanryo students, led by Higashida, arrives and although they seem on the surface to be under Sakaki's orders, they've actually arrived on purpose to beat him up and let everyone know he's a braggart and that's it.
