Douji Haruaki is the #11 referee in Kakerou.

Douji had an older brother that he admired very much. As a child, he would mimic every aspect of his brother's personality, behavior and preferences. Though his imitated behavior was seen as weird by his peers, which lead them to make fun of and bully him. His older brother went to deal with the bullies, but got killed by the parent of one of them. This drastically changed the course of Douji's life. He promised himself that he would never let his spirit be broken again.
