Leader of the rebellion against the Whipper Kingdom's mages. He later became the Commander-in-Chief of the Whipper Kingdom. Tunka is very loud and arrogant; he never backs down from a fight. However, he can be quite serious and sincere, which is in contrast to his usually arrogant, idiotic personality. At first, he is depicted as a maniac that loves fighting strong people and has no respect for the weak. Over time, due to Cale's actions, Tunka changes his mindset and begins to use his head more, gaining respect for weaker people.
