Itah is the daughter of late Kayan general , who was killed by Do-Ha in a raid. She is forced disguise herself as a slave in order to survive as sole living person of her family. She is described to be intelligent and confident, and her martial arts skills land her a role as her father's body guard until his death.

After marrying Do-ha, her mental stability begins to spiral as she begins to assassinate the people who were responsible for the deadly raid that took place in Kaya. It becomes even worse when she realizes that she has fallen in love with him, the same man who beheaded her father in front of her eyes.
