Norika is an elementary school girl that dresses in "Sweet Lolita" attire. She stumbles into Galihabara sometime after Marika had left the town in season 1. She hates talking about science and has a very childish personality, often resulting in her going on a rampage. Similarly to Marika, she has a stuffed toy named Kuma.
