Myles Joo is the original head of Hyeongshin High and a former member of the Yeongdeungpo Union before he was excommunicated by Donald Na for attempting a coup by allying with the former Manwol Union. He is now the leader of the remnants of the Manwol Union, and is considered the fourth strongest delinquent in Yeongdeungpo.
