X-Playing Card Million Volt (♣ 10) Blist is a member of Who's Who Inc and one of Norman's private secretaries and bodyguards. He is straight-laced, serious, and pragmatic to the extreme, constantly nagging Norman about overtime pay, hazard pay, and work regulations. He assists Norman in collecting cards, but has no passion for the cards himself, considering it strictly business.
