Chiwa's Mom has long hair and wears the common stuffed cotton large collar jackets that the rest of the sky people do. From what little we see of her, she is fairly impatient, yelling at Chiwa when she takes too long to get home, and she is also possibly strict, as Chiwa follows immediately.
