An international exchange student from Taiwan. She also lives in the dormitory. She has short black hair, a calm atmosphere, and a self-paced personality. The others usually refer to her as "Chou".

She very quickly catches onto Ibukis feelings for Botan and tells Botan to only keep getting closer to Ibuki if she plans on answering her feelings. She also became friends with Gojou rather quickly, after finding out about her unrequited feelings for Ibuki.
