He is Kaito's cousin and a friend of Lucia. Like Kaito, he also believes on mermaids and wishes to see a mermaid. During the episode he appears in, he sees Lucia jump off the cliff and transform into a mermaid. He pulls many pranks during the mermaid princess contest held during said episode, but he is actually a warm, kind, and shy person. He can draw really well.
