She is looking for her missing sibling, and possesses a Dragonstone given from them as a promise to find each other. She is a capable mage, using powerful magic without the need to hold a tome directly. Alear meets her again a few times, but she always disappear shortly after.

She is the daughter of the Fell Dragon, Sombron; Who despise her for her gentle nature and be unable to summon Emblems. In consequence, he forces a second personality in her mind through a spell, who cause almost all the chaos around Elyos. Veyle awakes sometimes, unaware of her other self actions.
