Fuyuko and Sumika's friend who enjoys observing others and hates when people touch her or interfere with her people-watching. Despite coming off as even more cold than Fuyuko, she admires her to the point she formed the "Oshi Protection Squad" to make sure nobody interrupts Fuyuko's pursuit of Makiba.
