Growing up in an orphanage alongside Kayano, who shares a similar background, he assumes a brotherly role towards her. Kingo works as one of the cleaners responsible for tidying up the aftermath when a Jinka blooms and subsequently gets incinerated in the inner parts of Tokyo.
