Emma's current husband who saved her from committing suicide. He claims to have been part of a bomb disposal unit during the war, serving in the same team as Emma's deceased previous partner and promising to watch over her if he died. In the later parts of the story, he's revealed to have started a profitable import business.

His real identity is that of Theodore, Emma's first husband. Due to being the Hands assigned to Five during the war, he felt the need to fake his death and change his identity, fearing his GSU partner's revenge for abandoning him - however, still loving his wife, he would come up with an elaborate story in order to stay by her side even after becoming an Over-Extended.
