Liu Xiao is the younger brother of Liu Min and the second son in the Liu family. He met Li Tianchen by chance when they were both children. Later on, he left to study abroad and finished his studies, returning to China a few months after the events of Liu Min's passing and the Li Tianchen incident. Soon after, he met with Li Tianchen again and stated his plan to "bring more parallel lines together"
