A past Joui fighter more senior than Katsura Kotarou's generation, he was well-known at that time as the powerful 白フンの西郷 aka White Loincloth Saigou. Now as one of the 4 Devas of the Kabuki District, he is known as 鬼神マドマーゼル西郷 Fearsome God Mademoiselle Saigou.
