Hinaga was the guardian to Matsuri and Yonosuke, finding the two abandoned at her temple and raising them on her own. She was killed by the infamous Shogun, Tendou Takarai, with her death serving as Yonosuke's catalyst for enacting revenge upon the Shogun.
