Affiliation Hero Clan Padrius Encilion, or more commonly known as Bishop, is one of the Elders, the nine strongest individuals in the world and a powerful hero currently affiliated with the Hero Clan. He is the ruler of District 16: Cloud Garden. Bishop on the outside is a polite, positive man, especially around guests or in public. In the past and his younger days, he used to openly display it with a sinister looking demeanor. Aside from that Bishop has shown himself to be quite wise and pragmatic.
