An immigrant of Chinese descent (half-Chinese, half-British) and a member of Jacuzzi's Gang. After he loses his job as an assistant chef on the Flying Pussyfoot, he secures work as a chef under Eve Genoard's employ. Along with friend and fellow gang member Jon Panel, Fang made it possible for Jacuzzi and his friends to ride the Flying Pussyfoot.
