Grade 1st Year Position "Deer-In-Training" of the Deer Club Meme Bashame is a new student at Hino Minami High School and the 4th official member of the Deer Club. Bashame joined the Deer Club because of her newfound idolization of Noko Shikanoko, who had offered Bashame kindness and deer crackers: saving Bashame from starving on their first day of high school. Bashame hopes of learning to become a full-fledged deer during her stay in the deer club under Nokotan, viewing her as a sensei of sorts and having somewhat of a passive obsession over them. Bashame can be described as laidback and sluggish, having no problem falling asleep anywhere and everywhere at anytime, usually ending up dozing on the cold concrete floor. Bashame miraculously never gets sick from this. Bashame also is notable for having illeism, a tendency to refer to oneself in third person when speaking, and a fascination with rice, as Bashame often cooks, eats, and grows rice in the Deer Club, more times being seen with rice than not. This could be from Bashame's passion for self-sufficiency, or Bashame may just really love rice. Bashame also tends to eat this rice excessively, many times being seen with a towering amount of rice in a bowl, much to the shock of other characters. Bashame also cannot whistle.
