Affiliation Hero Clan Dalia Mendoza is a member of the Hero Clan's Black Hand and the leader of The Fingers. It is the first finger of the Black Hand, which handles all the dirty work of the hero clan, and is the only one of the six fingers of the Black Hand that does not hide its identity.
