Grade 2nd Year Position Treasurer of the Student Council Chiharu Tsubameya is a student at Hino Minami High School. She initially appears to be a much calmer and more collected girl, having a cool and laid-back personality. So laid-back, in fact, that it is extremely difficult to figure out what she is thinking. She is known to unconsciously give glares and almost completely ignore what others are offering or saying to her. The exception of this rule is Noko Shikanoko, of which she treasures and loves any small gift or attention from, due to her being a massive fan of them. Despite appearing somewhat distant on the outside, she has been shown to care for others outside of Nokotan, such as when she felt bad for mistreating Koshitan due to her having felt envious that she could speak so casually with Nokotan, seeing her as an acquaintance who helped break the ice and helped her gather the courage to speak to their idol. She also has an older brother that she lives with at his Cafe, Yoshiharu Tsubameya, and is childhood friends with Kinu Tanukikoji.
