Sherbet is a young woman from a wealthy family. She’s bubbly, kindhearted, emotional, and often flirty towards women (especially Granita). While on her way to meet her fiancé, she suddenly finds herself trapped on a ghost ship. Despite life on the ship being difficult and perilous, she actually enjoys her days there with Granita and the others, and seems to dread the idea of leaving. All her life, Sherbet has struggled with social interaction, especially with other women. She has trouble understanding social cues, reading other people’s emotions, and has a habit of taking things too literally. Because of this (and her tendency to flirt with girls), she’s seen as an outcast in high society: she is shunned, avoided, and called names. Although men are always flocking to her on account of her looks—something Sherbet hates, since she’s only into women. While the ghost ship is a dangerous place to be, for her it’s a place of freedom from social expectations and loneliness.
