One of the Four Perils. His legs were destroyed and he was turned into a human pillar in the mountains, where he is locked up and rendered unable to walk on his own. He is one of Ryuuou's nine children, and Gaishi is his twin brother. He has an insatiable hunger, and, despite his seemingly laid back demeanor, he has a dangerous personality.
