A refined individual, Chinatsu is a mature 23-year-old with an adult temperament that matches her age perfectly. Always donning her red glasses, she gives off a vibe of maturity and intelligence. Not caring about singing or dancing, Chinatsu was not interested in becoming an idol at first. Through some consideration, she decides to challenge herself and is scouted by the Producer. Chinatsu can be seen frequently visiting cafés and reading. She especially loves to indulge herself in foreign novels and books. Chinatsu happens to be fluent in French and Italian, and has a detailed understanding of Nordic culture. She sometimes can't help herself and will speak French while in high spirits during lives. Chinatsu finds it unfortunate Frederica cannot speak French at all. Aside from interest in literature, Chinatsu greatly enjoys fashion and is considered quite fashionable. She likes to keep up with fashion trends and many of her lines tell of her large interest in modeling work. Though seeming quiet and enjoying calm places, Chinatsu has a bit of an active side. She is very active in her idol work and enjoys her time on stage. Through her time as an idol Chinatsu becomes acquainted with many of the other girls at the production. She likes to stick up for her fellow idols and isn't afraid to teach them lessons or scold them for unruly behavior, much to Reina's dismay. She is largely viewed as an authority figure for many of the girls. Although getting along well with the others, Chinatsu has found a close friendship with the bubbly and fun Yui, and has been dubbed 'Chinattan' by her. The two play off the "opposites attract" ideology and make a strong duo.
