He is a man with a oneei tone who was the chairman of Fujii and his class. He is the leader of a group of biorgs, the "21 Stars of the Whole Sky," and possesses a "cup," one of the three elements of the "Trinity" that make up the universe. He is able to give the abilities of a biorg to a creature in which he has planted a "branch" of his own body. He names his favorites after stars.
